Our competence: From the spine to complete health

For our coaching we have chosen bodywork as our starting point. Bodywork is the fundament on which health and wellbeing are based. Working with the body shows immediately the deeper causes of health defects and thus provides useful links for the structuring of our Light Point -Coachings.
The alignment of the spine above all the alignment of the cervical vertebras and the pelvis as well as the alignment of the jaws is fundamental for a stable health and leads thus to further regenerating steps. For the development of a healthy life and complete awareness, it is of paramount importance that you have a well functioning metabolism and a healthy cell organism. It is our experience that thoughts as well as emotions can have a huge impact on the cellular structure and can also stamp the genetics. Practically every single disease is based on a typical psychological problem that is the root of it. This psychological problem spreads over to the body, throws it off balance, out of harmony and out of its innate order. The technical term is known as psychosomatic. Finally, all the body does is indicating what the trouble is. In most cases, all symptomatic roots in one single cause that has to be released. It is the one central deep point on which all destructive-destroying matter has built up. This point has a mental as well as a psychical effect and acts as our personal “Achilles heel”. Exactly at this point our work is highly effective. We have developed a combination of various methods after many years of research and practice. This is our Light Point System.

What are the main blockages of our body, our soul, our psyche? Each body communicates this blockage with an electric signal. We take hold of these signals and decipher them.
